50 Lomi, operated by Fenan Technology LLC, is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trustworthy crowdfunding platform. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, campaign organizers, and donors using the 50 Lomi platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent fundraising
• False or misleading campaign information
• Money laundering
• Terrorist financing
• Hate speech or extremist organizations
• Violence or criminal activity
• Adult content
• Gambling
• Weapons
• Illegal drugs
• Human trafficking
• Intellectual property infringement
• Sanctioned individuals or organizations
• Any activity prohibited by Stripe or applicable law

Campaign Review

All fundraising campaigns are subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or reject any campaign that does not comply with our policies or applicable laws.

Identity Verification

Every fundraiser must complete identity verification and connect a verified Stripe Connect account before receiving donations.

Payments

Donations are processed securely by Stripe and are transferred directly to the fundraiser's connected Stripe account.

50 Lomi never receives, holds, or controls donor funds.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Campaign removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to Stripe
• Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate
