To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenan Technology LLC and 50 Lomi are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

50 Lomi operates as a registered Charitable Fundraising Platform with the California Department of Justice and complies with applicable California charitable fundraising laws, including AB 488.
