50 Lomi facilitates donations between donors and fundraisers.
Because donations are generally intended as charitable contributions, all donations are considered final.
Refund requests may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the donation.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Stripe processing fees may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
